Mylar or Laytex? What's the difference?

What's the difference between Mylar and Latex? This image shows you. Our themed ballons are made of Mylar, a non-porous material and holds the helium for up to two weeks. It also has a colorful imprint that can bear a message like "Baby Boy" or "Happy Birthday".

Latex balloons are the standard "elastic" type balloons. Latex is a porous material and will only hold the helium for 24 hours - even this may vary depending on local conditions.
